A modern, integrated patient traffic management system, VITREO
Vitreo is a powerful system designed to support organizations across a variety of industries, including healthcare, banking, retail, the public sector, restaurant chains, and government. Its versatility allows it to be used for queue management, customer service, planning, and operational optimization in a wide range of contexts.
Integration with systems
Modern interactive kiosks
The new line of interactive Vitreo CarePoint kiosks introduces innovative solutions that make facility management simpler, faster and more effective.

Nowoczesny infokiosk wyposażony w zaawansowany czytnik dowodów osobistych MZR OCR umożliwia szybkie i bezpieczne potwierdzanie umówionych wizyt. Dzięki technologii optycznego rozpoznawania znaków (OCR), urządzenie automatycznie odczytuje dane z fizycznych dokumentów tożsamości, eliminując potrzebę ręcznego wprowadzania informacji. Dodatkowo infokiosk posiada czytnik kodów QR.

Thanks to features such as an eMR matrix with a stylus for signatures and an eID reader authorized by the Ministry of Interior and Administration , the kiosks enable easy collection of patient data and signing of consents and medical questionnaires in compliance with legal requirements. The device is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities: induction loops, sign language, a Braille keyboard , and lowered buttons for wheelchair users.
A modern information kiosk equipped with an advanced MZR OCR ID card reader enables quick and secure appointment confirmation. Using optical character recognition (OCR) technology, the device automatically reads data from physical ID cards, eliminating the need for manual entry. Additionally, the information kiosk features a QR code reader.

ABOUT THE SYSTEM
How does the queue system work?
It’s simple! Upon arrival, patients
simply select their appointment at the information kiosk, collect a printed ticket, and wait for their number to be called.
Advantages of the system
Widget available on the monitor screen
This additional website element, usually placed
in the footer or sidebar, allows the user to work on two systems simultaneously, e.g., HIS and a queue system, without having to switch between browser windows.
- clear menu
- easy and pleasant operation of the system
- minimum number of clicks - a service appreciated by doctors
- info kiosks made of antibacterial materials

ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM
A system created by medical personnel
The server, kiosk, and terminal applications are based on open source licenses, eliminating additional licensing costs, such as Windows licenses, and minimizing the risk of errors during system updates. The solution provides visibility into device status and current views, as well as support for ticket printer sensors, automatically notifying staff when paper is about to run out.
ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM
Virtual ticket
The virtual ticket doesn’t require downloading or installing any app; all you need is internet access and scanning the QR code displayed when confirming your appointment at the info kiosk. Patients can see their place in the queue and the waiting time in real time. The “notify me when I’m first in line” option allows patients to move around the building, e.g., the restaurant or parking lot, while their phone notifies them of the queue status.

Our projects
System functions
Comprehensive management of the VITREO system
The VITREO system offers advanced tools for managing queues, monitors, ticket machines, and content distribution. Thanks to management, map navigation and information modules, it enables you to effectively organize and optimize service processes at your facility.
Map module with navigation
A detailed representation of the building's interior, complete with parking. The Hospital E-Map is an advanced solution that leverages technology to help patients, visitors, and medical staff find their way around the hospital.
Voice module
Voice announcements regarding queues, calling numbers to a room, office or registration window
Monitor and ticket machine management
Assigning queues to devices, updating displayed content, monitoring device operation
Payments at the info kiosk
Payments for doctor visits and other services can be made via ticket machines, increasing patient convenience. The service can be integrated with medical systems.
Queue management
The number of tickets, their issuance time, type of queues (station/collective), assigning queues to rooms, stations, etc.
Patient Safety
With Vitreo, medical staff can conveniently manage medication labels and identification wristbands, eliminating potential errors.
Oncology Patient Module
The system enables real-time assignment of oncology patients to specific outpatient rooms, improving their comfort. Vitreo was implemented at the Oncology Center in Bydgoszcz, improving the quality of care for oncology patients. We have revolutionized this area of medical care, reducing waiting times and improving the quality of care for oncology patients.
Integration with Parking Systems
Customers of commercial establishments can be guaranteed a parking space during paid visits thanks to integration with parking systems.
applications
Areas of implementation of the VITREO system
Patient Service
The software acts as a queuing system, regulating queues to stations, doctor's offices, laboratories, etc.
Information
The software acts as a virtual reception assistant for the patient, starting from obtaining information about the visit to navigating the patient around the hospital to any location.
Security
The software serves as information for medical facility staff about the exact location of a patient or medical equipment in the facility or when it leaves it.

System flexibility
Integration with medical systems
The solution we propose can operate independently or based on cooperation/integration with the HIS medical system operating in a medical facility, which is confirmed by implementations (Asseco, Comarch, CGM CompuGroup Medical, Atende Medica).
Integration enables the use of appointment schedules and directs patients directly to doctor’s offices. This ensures data security and solution stability, and also reduces queues – patients have appointments for a specific time without worrying about missing the queue, and hospital staff have control over patient medical records and traffic management within the facility.
System flexibility
Integration with the laboratory system - important data at your fingertips
Integration with the laboratory system is another advantage of our queuing system. It gives medical staff access to patient test results, allowing them to quickly check whether tests have been completed, thus increasing the efficiency of care.
System flexibility
Integration with access control
The Vitreo system offers advanced integration with existing access control solutions in buildings, significantly increasing the level of safety and comfort for both staff and patients.
Vitreo can be integrated with existing access control systems, such as electric strikes, card readers, or other entry security devices. When a doctor calls a patient into the office via the Vitreo system, they can simultaneously remotely release the electric strike on the door. This gives the patient immediate access to the office without the need for additional cards or codes.
